As part of my commitment to supporting the wellness of nurses and healthcare professionals, I’ve been fortunate to partner with universities across the country to offer "Nurturing the Nurse Within"—a workshop series designed to provide nurses, nursing students, and healthcare professionals with the tools they need to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.

About the Program:
The "Nurturing the Nurse Within" workshop series is rooted in the belief that nurses must care for themselves in order to provide exceptional care to their patients. The program focuses on holistic practices, mindfulness, emotional resilience, and practical self-care tools designed to combat burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion. Nurses and healthcare professionals will walk away from these sessions with renewed strength and a toolbox to integrate wellness practices into their daily routines.

Nurturing the Nurse Within: Empowering Healthcare Professionals with Holistic Wellness

I’ve had the honor of presenting this workshop series to various Student Nurses Association (SNA) chapters across the country. During these workshops, students reported a strong desire for more support in managing the pressures of nursing school and preparing for the emotional demands of the profession. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants sharing how the tools and strategies provided helped them feel more grounded and equipped for the challenges ahead.
