hi, i'm kelly.

work with me

I offer a space where others can embark on their own journeys of reconnection. Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, group sessions, or community self-care experiences, my work is about more than just healing—it’s about helping you rediscover the wholeness that’s already within you. I also collaborate with hospitals and organizations, bringing holistic support to environments where it’s desperately needed.

My mission is to guide you toward a life that feels balanced, authentic, and deeply fulfilling. Together, we’ll explore not just the tools of healing, but the art of coming home to yourself, of finding peace in the present moment, and of nurturing the parts of you that have been asking for attention. Healing isn’t just something we do—it’s something we live, every day, as we reconnect with our true selves.

battling burnout AS A NURSE

My journey into holistic nursing began not just with burnout, but with a deep sense of disconnection from myself—a disconnection I hadn’t even realized was there.

As a nurse, I was doing everything I could to provide the best care for my patients, pouring all my energy into their well-being. But behind that commitment was an exhaustion so profound that it shook me to my core.

At first, I tried to "do all the things to heal." I threw myself into every method, every strategy that promised relief—thinking that if I just tried hard enough, I could force myself back to wellness. But the more I did, the more I realized that healing wasn’t something I could achieve through sheer willpower or by checking off a list of self-care practices. Instead, I found myself more drained, more disconnected from the very essence of who I was.

It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I understood: true healing required me to stop doing and start being. I had to slow down and face the parts of myself that I had been neglecting—the emotional wounds, the unresolved trauma, the spiritual void that no amount of external effort could fill.

I began to understand that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves; it’s about reconnecting with our deepest truths and learning to nurture every part of who we are. This journey led me to explore holistic healing practices that went beyond the surface, practices that invited me to reconnect with myself in a profound way. Mindfulness allowed me to be present with my pain, to acknowledge it without trying to change it. Meditation helped me quiet the noise and listen to the wisdom within. These practices became my lifeline, guiding me back to myself and teaching me that healing is an ongoing journey, not a destination.

In 2021, I felt called to deepen my understanding even further, so I returned to school and earned my Master’s degree in Holistic Nurse Coaching. This education gave me the tools and knowledge to help others navigate their own healing journeys, blending science-backed practices with the compassionate, holistic approach that had transformed my life.

my clinical background

My extensive background in nursing profoundly influences my approach to holistic nurse coaching. Over the years, I’ve worked in various healthcare settings, including acute triage care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of patient care.

In my roles, I’ve seen firsthand that healthcare isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Each individual has a unique set of needs, experiences, and challenges. This realization has been central to my holistic approach, which emphasizes personalized care that respects and addresses the distinctiveness of each person's journey.

Today, my practice as a holistic nurse coach reflects this unique combination of experience and education. I draw on my clinical background to provide a grounded, evidence-based approach to holistic care while incorporating integrative practices to support overall well-being.

My goal is to help individuals navigate their own health journeys with compassion and insight, offering support that honors their entire being.

My journey into holistic nurse coaching is deeply enriched by a comprehensive background in nursing, where I’ve spent years honing my skills and understanding the complexities of patient care.

2014-2018

Through these experiences, my passion for supporting clients with preventative and holistic care grew exponentially. This drove me to pursue further education, leading me to earn my Master of Science in Nursing in Holistic Nurse Coaching from Pacific College of Health and Science from 2021 to 2023, deepening my expertise in holistic approaches to healing.
